the electric car is a machine that run only on electric energy, and they have a bright future because they do not harm the environment by the tailpipe pollutants like CO2 or others gas
What make the electric cars better than the normal ones
1- They are Energy efficient : let me put it these way if have 100% energies in the batteries the car use about 59% to 62% of the energies stored in the other side the gasoline cars use only 17% to 21% of the energies stored in the gasoline the rest go in the proses of extracting the energies in a heat form
2- The do not harm our nature : Electric cars emit no tailpipe pollutants, so it dos not harm the environment the only question is the source of this electric energy coming from it is anuclear-powered, or a hydro powered-, solar-powered, or wind-powered plants causes no air pollutants
3- the Performance benefits: thanks to the electric engine the electric car has an interesting acceleration compared to engines of the same size they are quieter and requires less maintenance
And the other side of the electric car that make a bad choice.
1- Driving range. the majority f the electric cars can run 100–200 miles before recharging , gasoline cars can go over 300 miles before refueling.
2- Recharge time. Fully recharging the battery pack can take 4 to 8 hours. Even a "quick charge" to 80% capacity can take 30 min.
3- Battery price : The big battery expensive and sometimes you need to replace them
